SGP has a well established supply chain supporting the delivery of its facilities and property management services. Supply contracts are regularly reviewed, creating the opportunity for the introduction of new suppliers who can bring innovation and a continued drive for quality improvement.

We have in place a thorough supplier accreditation process operated by Altius Vendor Assurance. Driven by client demand, all new suppliers must have achieved Altius assurance before they perform any work on our behalf. We require two different supplier models to support our service delivery. FM contracts require suppliers to deliver on-site services such as M&E maintenance, cleaning, security and catering to large sites.

Our maintenance management service looks for suppliers who can provide reliable 24/7/365 reactive maintenance to multiple small sites and suppliers who can provide PPM. Major categories for our retail & hospitality clients include HVAC, building fabric, electrical, refrigeration and catering equipment.
